I think there's new management here and hopefully a new commitment to customer service. I arrived a little early before their 11 a.m. opening and a lady who was doing some yard work (the manager?), said she'd get them to work on my order and to pull up to the window. They did so and I was pleased with their service.
My gravy was solid. Could not dip anything in it or eat it. This is the best part of the chicken strip basket. It looks like it has sat out too long and solidified. You should have thrown it away and made fresh gravy. It should never have been served to a customer. I can literally hold it in my hand.
