I frequently order from dominos. My last order they forgot a 2 liter. I called spoke to the manager and she said she would put it in my "file". so today went back to pick up a pizza and guess what? no record of the forgotten 2 liter. I know it's a small item, but it's the principle of not notating it. Sorry dominos, I'm done with you.
