I was greeted at the KFC by young man named Robert waited on the food. He had great conversation really professional. I think this KFC doesn’t get good ratings but had a great experience today.
The food is expensive than other KFCs around, and the staffs are unresponsive.
I had made the order online, I came for the pickup, asked for the order, they asked me to wait when the food was ready and completely prepared.
The food was delivered to me after 25 mins of the pickup time and the food was cold where I was the first customer of the day.

It's been a while since I was satisfied with the chicken from other KFC. But this location was delicious. The chicken wasn't burnt or singed. And it was freshly cooked. The cashier at the window was very nice.

KFC offers typical quality food with friendly staff and a convenient location. Customers can enjoy the delicious extra crispy chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and perfect biscuits. The new chocolate cake is also a hit. Despite some waiting time and minor cleanliness issues, KFC remains a favorite spot for tasty meals, especially the 12 piece bucket.
