I ordered a pizza; showed up but when I opened the box it looked like the pizza was dropped. I called for a refund and was told I'll see my refund in 3 days. Go to look about 5 days later and no refund was given. So I called again and was told I was not getting a refund since I had called about my pizza being late. I did not care if it was late I understood they were busy. then they said they could do in store credit only. I will not be ordering there again.
I went in the store today and placed an order. I messed up and they were so kind! one of the workers could tell I was having a bad day and she was amazing at just listening. I am a complete stranger and the kindness they gave me will stay with me for a LONG time! THANK YOU ALL for your amazing customer service and delicious food!
I’m very upset with John, they canceled my order. They told me 30-35 minutes showed up early and then left. They are horrible at providing service. Anyone at Allison Transmissson should never order there. You won’t get your food.
If John is involved he is rude, disrespectful and doesn’t care about if people eat or not. He will cancel your order and not apologize for the inconvenience. I’m very disappointed with the service at this domino’s I will tell everyone...read full review
