This was my first time ordering from Donatos. While the food itself was delicious, the experience wasn’t the best overall. I waited at the drive-thru window for quite some time before receiving my order, and when I finally got it, the food was cold. Customer service could definitely be improved. I’d be willing to try again, but I hope the wait time and service are better next time.

We were treated with kindness and respect, even with a difficult , picky order they were fast and efficient and made us feel welcomed , always making sure we had everything we needed.

My experience with Donatos was as expected. Ordered on app, was given time for pick up, arrived on time line at pickup window was long so I went in. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone from the kitchen came out to help me. The food was good.
