Einstein Bagels has a great staff that provides fantastic customer service. Their food is always consistent and quick. In a time when customer service is lacking in all service oriented businesses, Einstein is a welcome refresher on what customer service SHOULD be.
just walked out after standing in front of the bagel display only to watch 2 people walk in and get waited on. I must be invisible. plenty of staff and not busy. Good thing there are other options to buy 5 dozen bagels.
