It was great. The employees are helpful and friendly.
The bagels were great as always. Service was a bit slow. Everyone was working hard, but lack of direction made things inefficient. We received the wrong cream cheese for 2 of 3 orders. Peppery onion and chive cream cheese in place of honey almond was quite a surprise on a sweet chocolate chip bagel. Lol.
The store was a little busy and it was a little longer than normal wait but I did not mind. The manager apologized for my wait, offered me a drink no charge. When I got my food the man gave it to me so pleasantly smiled and he too apologized. Food was great, the drink was a nice touch and in my bag was a marshmallow treat.
