Five Guys in Indianapolis

“I preorder my 2 cheeseburgers and my 2 large fries and my 3 milk shakes two strawberry milk shakes and one chocolate. All of my food was nice and hot and fresh the burgers were cooked to perfection and the fries were also delicious. My milkshakes were insanely good too! I was in and out in no time since i preordered it. Awesome restaurant!!!“

“I just want to say how much I love the people here. It is a really hot day, and a homeless man walked in, he was having trouble even getting in the door. Holding on to it for a while to get strength to move. He was talk8ng to a lady at the counter, and she came out from the back, and helped in to a chair, then brought him out water. As she was walking away, I approached to offer to buy him a meal. She said no, she has already got it for him. Apparently, he does come by when it is bad, and she makes sure he doesnt go hungry.

I do not know if this is the company policy, the manager policy, or just the worker doing it, but it made my day. I am more use to people being forced to leave, but she treated him with dignity, and helped where she could. I am very much goinng to nake this a more common return outing, if only to support people who treat people well, no matter what is wrong with them.“

“I placed my order at the wrong location online. It's my fault. I showed up at my regular 5 guys and Dre, knowing every order on the grill didn't recognize my name. He saw on my phone where I had made the mistake. He and his crew began making my order "on the fly," AND he got my order correct after like a second long glance at my phone screen!!! Like he had some kind of superpower!!! He called the other store to have them cancel my original order. every member of this team made eye contact with me, and, as I observed, with everyone else too. 3 members of the team spoke to me. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I was thanked for my business after I made a mistake!! I am floored by how quickly, effectively, efficiently, and kindly i was treated. I can not thank you enough just for being awesome human beings!“

“Food was and always great... Service is always nice and they are super friendly... Only issue was atmosphere, the main manager wasn't there tonight and it was obvious...

The crew working had the music so loud I thought I was in a downtown nightclub... It was so loud you couldn't even here the ordertaker when ordering...

But that was only issue, everything else was great...“

“It was a nice clean diner with giant juicy cheeseburgers I don't think you find anywhere else for that price, and french fries that can't be beat.

Check it out if you're downtown and you have a large appetite.“

“I loveeeeeeeeee five guys! I get all the toppings on my bacon cheeseburger it reminds me of the Big N tasty from many many years ago from McDonald’s when they used to serve it. I also get the peanut butter shake with most toppings as well & the Cajun fries delicious. I can eat 2 about right now one for lunch an one for dinner.“
