“I pick up here all the time as a DoorDash or and they treat me just like any other customer. It is very surprising because a lot of stores will treat us like garbage. We are patrons as well but today Kaitlyn went above and beyond. I absolutely love her and appreciate everything she does.“
“We love 5 guys. This wasn't our favorite visit. The food wasn't as flavorful but still very good. The ketchup was out but they promptly fixed it. The bathrooms smelled heavily of bleach to the point where my nose burned. At least they were clean but it was unnecessarily strong.

“I placed my order at the wrong location online. It's my fault. I showed up at my regular 5 guys and Dre, knowing every order on the grill didn't recognize my name. He saw on my phone where I had made the mistake. He and his crew began making my order "on the fly," AND he got my order correct after like a second long glance at my phone screen!!! Like he had some kind of superpower!!! He called the other store to have them cancel my original order. every member of this team made eye contact with me, and, as I observed, with everyone else too. 3 members of the team spoke to me. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I was thanked for my business after I made a mistake!! I am floored by how quickly, effectively, efficiently, and kindly i was treated. I can not thank you enough just for being awesome human beings!“
“My wife got home and realized they forgot to put one of our cheeseburgers in the bag and she called management and they we're so understanding that we had ordered milk shakes and they remade our whole order. I highly recommend this 5 Guys because hey stuff happens!!! Thank you 5 Guys way to go!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: It's the location by downtown so their really handicap accessible because they have sidewalks right up to the door and ramps for wheel chairs and hove arounds at every street corner so totally awesome.“
“I loveeeeeeeeee five guys! I get all the toppings on my bacon cheeseburger it reminds me of the Big N tasty from many many years ago from McDonald’s when they used to serve it. I also get the peanut butter shake with most toppings as well & the Cajun fries delicious. I can eat 2 about right now one for lunch an one for dinner.“
“A little loud and crowded - food was fresh, hot, and good, but pretty pricey for a burger and fries… nice to be able to order the burger in a lettuce wrap!
