My dad and I stopped here on a whim the other day and I cannot say enough fabulous things about this place! Not only was the food delicious, but the service and atmosphere were wonderful as well. I've been craving their danishes since I left...needless to say, we'll be back!
Oh Heidelberg Haus… Jürgen, I hope you live forever! THE best German food in all of Indiana. A true treat. The juiciest bratwursts, pan grilled served up with savory, warm bacon-y german potato salad (hot tip: order double potato salad for a small, but worth it, upcharge ?), paired with a slice of Jürgen’s homemade Black Forest Cake with cherries layered in, made from scratch cream and rich chocolate cake ❤️
We took our exchange student from Germany and he was so excited. We were able to get him some favorites and he will be making us a dish. We left with pastries, breads, and pretzels galore. It was fantastic! Cannot wait to visit again and eat a meal.
