Out of rice???
The employee and manager on duty was very rude order was poorly made
Since when did popeye's 2 and 3 piece white meals consist of nothing but wings? I usually get a breast and a wing. Very disappointed. Of course I live 45 minutes away and didn't check my meals before I left.
