Customer service reserved for the whites.
My son and I stopped here after working all day and planned to sit down, eat, and take a break. Unfortunately, the atmosphere made that impossible.
When we walked in, what appeared to be the manager was holding a meeting with several employees at a table in the dining room. I completely understand that managers sometimes need to have difficult or frustrating conversations with employees, but the customer dining area is not the appropriate place for that kind of meeting.

I rated this 1-Star 6 years ago. I'm standing here again, 6 Year's later, and they're still the worst Popeyes in the state. They don't have a single employee working here that is even capable being organized, staying on task, or giving a shit about providing any semblance of customer service.
