I went to Hotcakes today with my three grandchildren. I was very impressed with how clean everything was, with it being so busy! We all got pancakes and they were delicious- as one would hope given it is in the name. We sat in a corner booth and it was very cozy. We had Adam as our server, he didn’t write anything down and got our order completely correct! I will be returning.
I really like the specialty pancakes here because they have a lot of fun and unique flavors to choose from. I’ve had the strawberry cheesecake pancakes before, and they were really good with just the right amount of sweetness. This time I tried the Oreo pancakes, and they were just as good.
