We just went to Ichiban Noodles for the first time yesterday. This is a mom n pop restaurant serving authentic Japanese fare. I got the tempera Soba noodles and miso soup. It was a nice hot bowl of noodles on a frigid day. We're definitely going back. Next time I'm gonna try Shoyu soba and dumplings
and some sushi. You won't go wrong

This is my favorite sushi in Indy. They have the best chicken fried rice I’ve ever had in my life! It’s so fluffy and delicious…no other fried rice compares. The owners are so friendly and nice, service is fast and prices are incredible. I really hope they open back up soon!
My family knows the owner personally, and we have been going since before I was born. While I am mostly biased, I love the food here and the atmosphere.
