I just got off the phone with Jack's Donuts at west Market Street where he YELLED at his employee and told her to get out of his office for something I asked her to ask him!

Don't get me wrong we like Jack's Donuts, who wouldn't! Unfortunately though when we went for the 1st and only 2nd time, we felt very rushed through the pick out process. Was very hard to pick out. People behind and around you picking out theirs. We just had never been there before. So, we were hoping to actually try something we hadn't or even see what was in the case we would like. Worst customer service
Received poor customer service via phone thought person was having a bad day so I proceeded to patronize businesses secondary to good reviews rude and inconsiderate behavior continued wish I was able to tell you how food tasted but the service was so bad I left without making a purchase
