We found a bolt in one of our sandwiches and notified the restaurant and they didn't care. They were so rude and would not even provide a refund. WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN
I've been to this location many times.
it's the closet to my home. I'll never be back.
Not once Not twice but more like 5-6 times the mess up my bf's sandwich. Most times it's take out.
Yesterday we had 2 sandwiches for lunch. One was a Steak and Cheese no peppers no onions. just Lite lettuce mayo and mustard.
They bring the sandwich to the table after I've already eaten 1/2 of mine. It's wrong it has peppers and onions. They remake it.

ordered a #43. got a cold sandwich. not even wrapped in foil. staff wouldn't make a hot sandwich. just argued with us about it. been a customer since this location opened never been treated so poorly
