Is there anything worse than having to go in the hospital for a major surgery long about the time a Freddy's finally opens up fairly close to your home? Nope. Okay, so this Freddy's isn't exactly close to my house. However, it is on my side of town and it's a fairly easy drive for me. I got out of the hospital and had an extended recovery at home. I finally went to this new Freddy's yesterday and it was a great experience! I had an issue with the app not processing my order and the employee (Willie) and his manager (I didn't get his name) tried resolving why the app was not processing my order. The manager took ownership of the situation and made it right!! I was not expecting to get my meal comped, but that is exactly what they did!! I will definitely be going back because you just do not get helpful, courteous employees...read full review
