Very disappointed. Last week I went to KFC and they were actually out of chicken which was the first time it ever happened to me at that location before but I had to end up going somewhere else for supper and so I thought I would try again this week. When I got there I was the third person in line. They served six people after me and I had to go up and ask about mine and the lady before me. They lost our order! was there lastnight by time i drove 3 mins to get home to find my food was so dry and nasty it went right to the trash that was a waste of 15 bucks also seems to be a repeat issue
I left the 7155 Pendleton pike location n went to the location on Sunnyside great customer service people was nice and I didn't wait in the drive thru long... Great location
