Waited all day on the Hot Now time. We made a special trip 30 minutes from home to bring my son for his first experience watching the donuts at KK, only to arrive at a locked lobby door with a sign on the door that says “Drive-Thru Only.”
Honestly, this is a bunch of BS. No explanation for it. No reason for it. Likely just lazy employees don’t want to have to clean and manage the lobby for customers.

Love the drive thru but inside it smells awesome!
Very disappointed. Waited 35 minutes in the drive through because the inside was closed. only to get our order incorrect, and the doughnuts we received were cold :( :( :(
