Terrific. My in-laws spent a few years in Haiti and I thought it'd be fun to take them back, at least via plate. Everything tasted great (and was authentic according to them). We tried pretty much everything: pork, chicken, snapper. Service was friendly but a little haphazard. Highly recommended.
One of the best fried red snapper I've ever had, fried plantain were awesome as well as the vegetables. Seasoning on point and the fried turkey was perfect. Just became one of my faves in Indy.
I had a chance to stop at labadee House, it was a great experience, goat is ? that legumes was delicious, and of course cool respectful guys, can't wait to visit you guys again.
