Beautiful environment almost Magic with clean fresh smell and delicious food ..Great service gid bless
Cannot recommend Marrakesh enough! Mussels and bread for appetizer were SO tasty. We didn’t know anything about Moroccan food walking in and our server was very helpful. The Tajines we ordered for our entrees were too good. SO much flavor! Super chic atmosphere too. Do not skip on the Baklava! Might be the best I’ve ever had. Loved the NA cocktail options too. Only positive things to say about our experience! We will be back.
Exciting to see a Moroccan restaurant open in Broad Ripple. The owner was welcoming and clearly passionate about sharing authentic Moroccan flavors inspired by his mother. The staff was helpful in walking us through the menu, and the food was fresh and flavorful. A great option if you’re looking to try something a little different.

Marrakesh Moroccan Cuisine & Bar is a highly recommended restaurant that offers authentic Moroccan food in a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is family-owned, with a chef trained in French and Italian techniques, which adds a unique touch to the traditional dishes. The space features a variety of chairs, couches, and bar seats, making it suitable for different groups and creating a comfortable environment for conversation. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to share insights about Moroccan culture, including tea traditions.
The menu includes a range of flavorful dishes, such as Tajine Mussels, Atlas Tangia with slow-cooked lamb in a clay pot, and the special Agneux á la Ferme with beef shank. The food consistently impresses with its rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and expert preparation. The Moroccan-spiced Bloody Mary and mint tea are also highlights, showcasing the restaurant’s attention to detail and authentic approach.
Desserts like baklava are available, though some reviews mention that it can be inconsistent in quality. While some found the baklava dense and chewy, overall, the dishes like the Savvoy Cabbage stand out as favorites, offering a delightful mix of textures and flavors with harissa, citrus, and crispy vermicelli. The restaurant’s ambiance and quality of food have made it a favorite spot for diners, with many eager to return and try more menu items.
Overall, Marrakesh Moroccan Cuisine & Bar is a vibrant and authentic addition to the Indianapolis food scene, praised for its delicious food, warm atmosphere, and excellent service.
