We’ve now been to McCormick & Schmick’s twice for the purpose of dinner and to get a Chocolate Bag for dessert. Both times they ran out. The first time at 7pm I even told our waitress when we first were seated that the Chocolate bag was our reason for coming. Last night, New Years Eve, we had terrible service. Had to ask for drink refills, had to flag down our waitress for anything we needed. Even had to stop her from leaving the table while we were still ordering dessert....read full review
We had a private event there and I can’t say enough good about the service on the night of the event. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone’s meal was perfect. The service was to the level I have had at the finest of restaurants. Now, was it difficult to get through their phone system (yes) but that has nothing to do with the staff.
I am over the top pleased with the staff, food, price and service.
