Went to the drive thru, was asked to pull forward to the second window to wait for our food. Not a big deal however waited 20 minutes. In those 20 minutes we were asked 5 different times what we ordered. Nobody knew what the heck was going on. The lady handing drinks out just wanted to shove it in your car and tell you to move forward.
