Salads
Mi Tenampa Salad
A refreshing spring mix, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, Mandarin orange slices and mozzarella cheese. Add your choice of grilled steak, chicken or shrimp. Served in a bowl of large lettuce leaves and a touch of our homemade citrus dressing.
Mi Tenampa Taco Salad
Fried crispy tortilla shell filled with lettuce, tomato, onions, shredded chicken or beef, topped with queso dip, sour cream and guacamole.

Entrees
Enchiladas Veracruz
3 crepe tortillas stuffed with Mi Tenampa guacamole and topped with Veracruz sauce that has a little kick in taste with the added shrimp. Served with rice and mixed vegetables.
Tilapia Guerrero
Lightly grilled 8 oz. tilapia topped with our signature gurerro sauce. Flanked with shrimp sided with a medley of mixed vegetables and Mexican rice.
Pezcado Veracruz
Directly from the state of Veracruz, Mexico. An 8 oz. mahi-mahi filled grilled with Mi Tenampa seasoning and topped with our creamy Veracruz salsa. Accompanied with sauteed shrimp, red peppers, poblano peppers, mushrooms and baby spinach.
Tacos de Pescado
A trio of diced tilapia filled tacos seasoned with Julianne red onions topped with a red pepper sauce, pico de gallo and a touch of avocado. Served with rice and mixed vegetables.
Bandera Enchilada
Your choice of shredded chicken or ground beef topped with 3 different sauces: red tomato sauce, white creamed sauce and our salsa verde.
3 Enchiladas
Choice of shredded beef or chicken, avocado or cheese. Served with beans and pureed papas.
Guadalajara Special
2 enchiladas (1 cheese and 1 chicken) and a ground beef taco. Served with pureed papayas and Lucy's queso spinach.
Dos Amigos
A 10 oz. grilled rib-eye steak cooked to order accompanied with his major amigo, the chicken burrito with sides of refried beans, grilled onions and your choice of any other side.

Arroz con Pollo

Mexican Trio
1 taco, 1 enchilada and 1 burrito with your choice of ground beef or shredded chicken and cheese with sides of refried beans and Mexican rice.
El Jinete
Shredded beef burrito topped with queso sauce and a taco with your choice of beef or shredded chicken with sides of refried beans and Mi Tenampa purred papas.
Quesadilla al Horno
Grilled chicken or steak with melted cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and guacamole on top. Served with refried beans and rice.
Carne Azada Enchiladas
3 carne azada enchiladas topped with enchilada sauce, red onions and shredded cheese melted to perfection served with a side of Mexican rice, refried beans and pico de gallo.
Camarones al Mojo de Ajo
12 shrimp sauteed in butter with fresh garlic served with Mexican rice and mixed vegetables.
Fajita

Mi Tenampa is a place we go regularly for lunch or dinner. The food is good and very reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere too. If you like a great margarita, ask them to make it by hand with no mix. Carmen’s margaritas are delicious!

Honestly this is the best Mexican food in the Indianapolis area. I’ve had probably most of the places in town and this place smokes it by a mile. Small, simple menu, which is a GOOD thing. Authentic methods. Clean place.
Staff is incredibly friendly, food came out hot and quickly (it was a slow dinner night but I’d happily wait 30min for this). The flavors are on point. I got three enchiladas, the chicken was tender and moist, not dry and sad like the batch cook Mexican...

If I could give this place more stars, I would!! The hostess is extremely sweet, service was timely and always pleasant, the food is phenomenal and always piping hot, and the atmosphere is gorgeous and looks very warm.

It has been phenomenal and consistent every time I've been here, and I encourage anyone looking for a nice Mexican restaurant to try this place!
