I get a little miffed when customers show up and pull me away from my work late at night when my business is obviously closed. When I walk up to a Papa John's at night though and people are inside I expect to know the hours of operation. The hours aren't posted anywhere and I was dismissed by the employee inside as though I was a bother to them. I shouldn't have to get online to find out when a store closes that I'm standing in front of while being disrespected.
We have had several issues from this Papa Johns location on College in Indianapolis. The first issue was on 9/6, when my fiance ordered pizza online and paid for it for me to pick up on the way home from work. When I got home with the pizza order I found out that we were supposed to have a 2 liter and some sauces included in our order. We didn't have it.
