ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!! This is the second time I have placed an order at this location as I work across the street only to go over and the lights are off and the door locked! I call and the workers don't pick up even though I clearly see them, then a man comes to door and instead of helping and allowing me to wait for my order tells me they are not open (WHEN THEY SHOULD BE) and says my order will be refunded which it still has not!!!!! If I could leave a NEGATIVE rating for customer service this morning I would, but sadly have to give one star which is definitely not deserved! DO better Qdoba!!!!

Alright yall, when it gets dark out this place changes on a spiritual level. I placed an online order and when I was a couple feet from the door an employee walked up, locked it, and ran away like a mischievous troll. At first i thought he's playing because theres no way he didnt see me. I had to jiggle the door and wave my hands like a cartoon before the same knucklehead came back and before opening the door all the way asked "u have a door dash order?" I ordered a soup bowl with a handful of toppings, this is what i got. This was not supposed to be a rice bowl, and it also wasnt supposed to be a sour cream bowl. (Promise I didnt mix it around to make it look ugly, I tried to eat it and it just looked worse when I stirred it.)

Walked in, made eye contact with the lady making the burritos, then watched her and the 1 other employee make burritos for 25 minutes straight. We ended up leaving 8 minutes after she said "we'll be with you in 1 minute."They were probably short staffed and busy, but they just kept making takeout orders while my family stood and watched. Wasted 25 minutes and didn't get any food.

Today was the last straw. This is the closest store to my job, so I like to order here with the app from my desk. Take a 15 minute powerwalk to the pick up my food, and 15 minutes back and eat at my desk while working.The food is NEVER done when promised, even if i show up a few minutes late, I still have to wait; and just to add aggravation on top, my order is almost always wrong. It's fine if I ask for a wheat tortilla and get the white, but extra meat is $3.50 and they just skip over that almost EVERY time. They've gotten me twice that I'm consciously aware of. So, I'm on guard and will usually dismantle their packaging and check my food before I leave the store. Maybe it's a good thing they cannot meet the time THEY choose/promised, that way customers have the opportunity see their food prepared and can speak up when they're being cheated.The other downtown Qdoba restaurant is a little further away, maybe I'll give them a shot next time I want a quesadilla, but Chipotle is closer than both locations; I never tried their food, but there's a first time for everything.

THEY SHOW FAVORITIZM AMONG STAFF!!! THEY WILL FIRE YOU WITH ANY EXPLANATION, WILL TALK GOOD IN YOUR FACE BUT WILL FIRE YOU BEHIND A DESK!!! THEY HAVE LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH THERE STAFF AND ONCE AGAIN SHOW FAVORITISM!!!??????
A little run down and the staff works hard but are clearly stressed. Food was good, just what you would expect from a Qdoba. Nothing special but good for a quick lunch downtown.Vegetarian options: Fajita veggies are good. Careful there may be meat that falls into the veggie tray. This happened to me,there was some steak in my veggies, but wasn't a problem for me as I'm not vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: All the seats are tall barstools.

Best customer service experience of my life. I called the restaurant an hour before closing to see if I could place an order to feed 20 nurses, RT's, and doctors. Nicole and her team were fantastic and worked extra hard, despite being understaffed, to get our order done before closing. I cannot recommend this location enough. We really appreciate them here on my unit.
