A little run down and the staff works hard but are clearly stressed. Food was good, just what you would expect from a Qdoba. Nothing special but good for a quick lunch downtown.Vegetarian options: Fajita veggies are good. Careful there may be meat that falls into the veggie tray. This happened to me,there was some steak in my veggies, but wasn't a problem for me as I'm not vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: All the seats are tall barstools.
Best customer service experience of my life. I called the restaurant an hour before closing to see if I could place an order to feed 20 nurses, RT's, and doctors. Nicole and her team were fantastic and worked extra hard, despite being understaffed, to get our order done before closing. I cannot recommend this location enough. We really appreciate them here on my unit.

Today was the last straw. This is the closest store to my job, so I like to order here with the app from my desk. Take a 15 minute powerwalk to the pick up my food, and 15 minutes back and eat at my desk while working.The food is NEVER done when promised, even if i show up a few minutes late, I still have to wait; and just to add aggravation on top, my order is almost always wrong.
