Horrible first and last experience. I will not be back. Ordered a salad a chilli Mac. Mind you salad is already pre-made so all they had to do was pour a bowl of chili Mac. Took 40 minutes. Site said it was ready. Girl at the register kept saying it wasn't and the whole time my salad is right next to her. I asked for a refund. Genuinely one of the best if not the best sandwich places I have been to. Tae was great and cared about the customer experience for everyone that came in. Flexible menu options, good food, and the great experience makes Potbelly the best lunch spot in Indianapolis.
