Very cute little cafe. I love the hot chocolate here. Also have a variety of chocolate treats. My favorite time to visit is around the holidays with my family when the monument is lit up with Christmas lights outside.
We purchased two pounds of turtles and a bag of chocolate covered peanuts at the Downtown Indy location. When we got home, unfortunately, the turtles were stale. I emailed to ask for a refund or replacement, and within 10 minutes we had confirmation that replacement turtles were on the way via mail. What fantastic customer service! Mistakes happen, and the chocolates are typically top notch.
