I visited this coffee shop hoping for a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, I was met with extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the owner, Mitchell. He was openly rude to me and treated me in a way that made me feel unwelcome. His comments and attitude came across as racially biased, which is completely inappropriate and has no place in any business.
I believe all customers deserve respect and fair treatment regardless of their background, and sadly, that was not the case here. I cannot recommend supporting an establishment where the owner conducts himself in this manner.
