“AKEEVION provided excellent service. I just wish there had been better teamwork—my toast and smoothie should have been prepared at the same time. Josh, thank you for offering me a leftover smoothie; I truly appreciate that.
I would encourage staff to be more mindful of their language around customers. Even if you know each other, using profane language is not appropriate and does not reflect well on Smoothie King’s professionalism.
AKEEVION deserves recognition as a potential manager or team lead. He was handling everything, including making all the smoothies, while the other team member should have been assisting him with tasks like preparing the toast.
