Andy is such a wonderful person and has been so helpful not only in the products I’ve purchased from him but also in the advice he has given me about making my own sourdough.I bought the sourdough starter container for him that has been a game changer in building my own culture, and he has been more than willing to offer up suggestions and help when I sent him some pictures of sourdough I made.
I bought the trailblazer starter and made some AMAZING tasting bread with it. Highly recommend their starters. Andy is also very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have!

This is the healthiest and best quality bread available. I've been eating it for the last few months as part of my recovery and they were very helpful with my dietary requirements. I'm now buying the Healthy 4 grains. I highly recommend his bread for anyone but especially if you have sensitive dietary needs.
