Was not happy, store not busy at all. Was in drive thru waiting for the barista to finish her conversation the the customer while she slowly made my drink. Had it made actually placed her hand on top and continued to have conversation & then finally got my cup of water. Either it was a friend or a want to be friends because I didn’t get my drinks until he left. She finally brought my drink to the window. I asked for a stopper & a straw and you boy what a major inconvenience!!...read full review
