Ordered, asked for a packet of mustard, they put it in the order. Drive to pickup window, am told to pull into waiting spot. Food finally comes...no mustard packet! Always check your bag to make sure you get everything you need to enjoy your food
Not the kind of service you expect from a McDonald’s… the staff are super friendly and helpful!!
I go to McDonald's because of convenience. During the day through the week the service is really good, but later afternoon and weekends is terrible. Poor customer service, long wait times, and pitiful food quality. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and there was ketchup everywhere and freese just pouring out of it. The sweet tea tasted like it had been sitting in there for days. I threw them out after two drinks.
