Worst Steak N’ Shake my family has ever been too. The order was wrong. They brought food to our table at different times. Forgot half our order. The waitress brought no refills. The employees wore no gloves or hairnets. The waitress reeked of marijuana. Our shakes was not brought to our table until 30 minutes after we was done eating. Worst customer service and nastiest place we have been too. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! 🚫🚫🚫🚫
Well typically the drive thru takes forever (more understaffed than staff itself) but tonight went to counter to put Carry our order in since drive thru was backed up. Sat there for 10 mins and not 1 person said 1 word to me. They came by register and ignored me. How about a simple “someone will be right with you”
Haven’t had issues w other steak n shakes in the city
