The food is still good. Service depends on the day you are there I guess? My service was pretty solid this time around. I think this biggest disappointment is the kiosks. The guy took my order and that was great. The kiosk is killing your business!

It's a steak and shake. Good burgers, and shakes, what more do you want. Easy to customize your order. Self checkout, while not everyone likes this I do. Staff is readily available for questions and help.

Just a drive through experience but I should have walked in knowing I'VE NEVER BEEN TO THIS PLACE and I actually went two nights in a row because the food was so good! I wish we had one where I live but the cheese fries and buns were so fresh, yum.
