Los Patios Mexican Restaurant

Los Patio Mexican Restaurant wasn’t my favorite, unfortunately. I ordered takeout, and some of the sauce spilled in the bag because of the containers. I really think they need to invest in better ones.

I got the Arroz Con Pollo, and honestly, it didn’t look very appetizing when I opened the container. I ended up not finishing it. That said, I know takeout can sometimes be hit or miss, so I’ll probably give them another chance and try dining in next time. Hopefully, it’s a better experience!

Stopped for a quick lunch and was very pleased. Chips & salsa came automatically with separate salsa bowls for each of us. Taco salad had lots of tender pulled chicken. We were offered to-go refills on our sodas. Service was very prompt and polite. Well done!

Location is great, right off the interstate and highway. Front entrance is hard to find, but is on the west side. Service is prompt and professional. Facility is clean, colorful, and decently decorated. Food is below average. Salsa, sauce, and beans are all runny. Price is about average, not a bargain value. I paid $10 plus tax/tip for a beef burrito (medium-sized), beans, rice, and a water. At lunch on Thursdays, I was the only customer for 10 minutes. Parking: Park wherever, but entrance to the restaurant is on the west side by the hotel

If I could give a ZERO STARS, I would! Rockville Rd. store is absolutely disgusting! I ordered 4 COMPLETE dinners! What I received was 4 to go containers filled with BS!!! incomplete orders, cold shrimp, no beans or rice, no tortillas, sour cream or shredded cheese for fajitas. I ordered 2 3 piece taco dinners. I received 1 order with TWO tacos in it with no cilantro, onion or lime. No salsa, red or green. The Wet burrito had the cold shrimp. Spent $60. Don’t ever go here

We are from out of town we stayed at the hotel behind the restaurant. My spouse and I ordered the mojecte and our kiddo ordered tacos. We did not even make a dent in the mojecte. The rice and beans were great. I definitely recommend for good Mexican food.

Food was horrible. The chicken tasted like fish. Chips were stale. Felt like I was rushed to order. Also burnt my hand on my dinner plate

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Very little understanding of the English language. Sign said wait to be seated but told to seat self. Chips and salsa came right away and drink order taken then so much time had elapsed with one gal kept looking at us then waking away I finally hollered ma'am could we get our drinks and get our order taken. She couldn't understand Carne asada without pointing on the menu then repeated exactly what was said. My margarita was wrong but didn't want to try and explain but also charged me for 16oz glass when it was clearly an 8oz wine glass. It was ridiculous and the food was typical subpar Mexican. It was convenient next to our hotel but I wouldn't waste my time if I was you. Oh yeah we paid cash and they had to scrape and scrounge to give us our change back. Overheard lots of other customer complaints as we sat so long.

Read some mixed reviews and I’m glad we didn’t listen to the negative ones. The atmosphere is awesome, the kids were entertained and happy to just try to look at everything. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the fajitas cancun. We will definitely return the next time we are in town.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly due to the bright colors and friendliness of the staff. My kids really enjoyed picking their own seat and table based on the awesome designs they had.

Today two friends and I, arrived at 9:49 and the manager came and said the kitchen will close in one minute. Their google ad says open until 10pm. I'm pretty sure the owner won't reject any customer until the time they close. (10pm). I've been here a couple times, the food it's ok but the micheladas they don't know how to make them. I won't comeback to this place, specially with this kind of management in charge.
