The Farmers' Market at the airport offers surprisingly fresh and tasty food options. The steak salad was surprisingly good and tasty for a grab and go, featuring a great combo of fresh greens, tomatoes, and a dressing with a nice little kick. Fries are served in a box, packed full and steaming fresh. The bar serves excellent drinks, and the servers are very kind and attentive. The order-to-go side is a great concept with fresh Indiana food, including local cheese. Hours are 6am to 9pm, with different hours on holidays.
