Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a friendly, fast, and always consistent spot. Many stop here midway through a walk on the Monon. It is a great place to get out of the summer heat and cool off with a smoothie. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and inviting. The dining area and restroom are clean. The shop is clean, small, and compact, with a nice, quiet, bright atmosphere and a nice view of the Broadripple corner. Smoothies are consistently excellent. Favorites include the Chia banana boost, the Detox Island Green, and the Tropical Dragon Passion Smoothie. The new Torch Wrap is tasty and spicy. One would love it if the strawberries for the bowls could be diced instead of sliced in big chunks.
