“Tropical Smoothie Cafe and NAYA both gave great customer service experiences today. At Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Andrea was absolutely fabulous professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. The Super Green Caesar Wrap was amazing, fresh, and full of flavor. The Detox Island Green smoothie though… yeah 😅 it was a little too earthy for me, but I can appreciate the healthy effort.
NAYA was also impressive. The manager personally brought my food to the table, which showed genuine hospitality and attention to customers. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food came out fresh and flavorful. Small gestures and good customer service always stand out to me, especially working long EMS shifts. Definitely appreciate businesses that still care about the customer experience.“
“The food and the smoothies are so amazing!! The General Manager though, he is not a friendly gentleman. Every time we have came to get lunch he appears to be having a horrible day. The other staff have all been great. I hope he is kind to his employees at least.“
“I came here after working all night yesterday and was feeling pretty worn down. I decided to grab a smoothie on my way home, and I'm so glad I did. Not only was my smoothie delicious, but John in the drive-thru was incredibly kind and pleasant. He was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely made me feel better. It's amazing how a simple positive interaction can turn someone's day around, and John definitely did that for me. He left a great impression and really lifted my spirits after a long shift. Tropical Smoothie has the best smoothies; I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future! Thank you John!!“

The only tropical cafe i go to!!! Someone accidentally took my pick up order moments before I arrived and they reviewed the camera footage and remade the order extremely quickly. A+++++ 1000% service right there!!!! S/O to all the gentlemen who assisted and made it right. They always greet and and thank me for my business every time I come here. Entire staff needs a raise ASAP!“
