The oysters Rockefeller presentation was stellar as was most of the dishes. The taste was good but nothing I'd rush back for. The atmosphere was great as was the service.
This is all about the experience. It's not something I will recommend the food definitely more for people that don't have much to do so they come for the experience only here... food was really expensive for the portions that were so small.I recommend you mexican restaurants with better food and way less cheaper price
The drinks at Briz are incredible—it's worth going just for that.

All of the food was great, but it is higher priced Mexican food. Chips and salsa aren't complimentary which is always disappointing. Good guacamole! Margaritas were just average.

So, debated bout posting because they definitely missed the boat on our 1st and only visit. We were told by friends they had great birra tacos, so after a full Saturday of running on fumes from breakfast we popped in for early dinner, famished is an understatement!!
We took 2 spots at the bar around 1630-1645. There was plenty of staff behind the bar. The bar itself wasn't clean. The gal we got clearly had no interest in serving, chopping fruit...took a bit to get waters...a menu. Finally picked 2 cocktails, both distinctively good, placed an order for the bone marrow along with our entrees. Bone marrow w/the extra steak bits arrived & as you can see below, plenty to go around, 2 tacos each.
Now here's where things went sideways...we waited and waited for our entrees to arrive. Time is 1730. Finally, asked one gentleman behind the bar where are food was...he was in an around the whole time we were sitting there along with our first bartender gal... neither checked in on us. The gentleman goes to our tab, finds out our entrees were never entered. The gal is nowhere to be. He attempted to save the sale but to be honest, we were both not happy bout the whole situation, so we tabbed out. We didn't go anywhere else, just home. Talk about ruining a dinner date.

They are a Mexican Restaurant. I am vegetarian and they have a great selection of vegetarian dishes. I ordered vegetarian quesadillas, however, they took a long time to make them and got me chicken quesadillas instead, so they took more time to remake them and I was the last person to be served out of 35 of us on Mother's Day.

On 4/15/26, Travelling for work with a coworker, stop by for dinner and the entire experience was fantastic. The food was outstanding, I had the aguachiles and guacamole, which was incredibly flavorful, and my coworker had the enchiladas. Every dish that came to the table was spot‑on.
The drinks were just as impressive. I ordered the old Fashioned Mezcal. Our server, Esmeralda and her trainee, made the night even better. Their services were exceptional, attentive, friendly, and on top of everything.
Pricing was fair and we left extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and great service.

Some really tasty food! We ordered two nights in a row while in town. Carryout was much better than DoorDash! The queso is delicious with the perfect amount of spice without too much heat. The steak tacos were simple but outstanding, with tender meat seasoned well. The kids chicken and rice was so yummy and a huge portion! The chimichanga meal was delicious and enough for two adults to share. Empanadas were a little burnt and lacking flavor, and the tamales were slightly disappointing. Overall, a great place to eat with plenty of options to satisfy anyone.

I would like to share this and management step up your game , this is verde at ironworks upscale dining? Check your cameras and see how much time this employee spends time on the phone and calls , I get it we all have emergencies and life , she should be retrained and someone please remind her to take her job serious , she asked me if I was having dinner “friend” I don’t thinks it’s the right approach , asked a few moments later if I was eating chips like this is not standard procedure, you go to any other Mexican restaurant and no questions asked you get your chips and salsa , I looked around and every table had theirs , not professional at all 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I haven’t tried the food, but I was just now trying to outrun a severe storm while driving by. The tornado sirens started going off and I knew I couldn’t stay on the road. This restaurant happened to be the first place I could pull off to and the staff was very kind and let me shelter while it passed. My hands were seriously shaking! I owe many thanks to the staff at Verde!!
