This wing stop basically stole my money on an online order Sunday after canceling. Won’t answer calls to fix the problem called over 50 times. Also the manager is never around around to help out either. it’s a mess do yourself a favor go to any other place. Horrible horrible horrible customer service wish I could give negative stars.
I love wingstop normally. I understand not having in dining due to COVID, what I don't understand is having the explicit music with curse words so loud I have to ask the cashier multiple times to repeat herself because I can't hear her. then she has to pull her mask down and off her face so I can read her lips to understand her. Thanks for that.

Despite being understaffed, the crew does their best to handle the volume of customers. Ordering online before picking up is recommended to avoid long waits. Overall, Wingstop is a welcome addition to the area, with great food and staff, despite some challenges with customer volume and prices.
