“Buyer be aware: ordered the number one which on the menu reads 7.99. Was not asked if I wanted to up grade the size of the meal, they assumed for me. But this assumption cost me another $1.00, .50 up charge for fries and .50 cent up charge for larger drink. I asked about it, I was told they assume you want the large meal🤔. Hate companies that try to trick you and feed off of people not paying attention!!! Sickening🤮“

“Place was clean. Not too busy. One of the young men that works there...Derek... came to our table two different times to make sure we had everything we needed. He was very helpful and polite. Food was hot, fresh tasting and brought to our table very quickly.
Parking: More than enough parking spots.“

“(The same review I just left with Jimmy John's corporate account) I just want to give an amazing shout out to your Jasper, IN. location. I order from this location for delivery to my home or work almost weekly if not more than once weekly and they are always correct on my orders, always arrives fast and fresh and all of the delivery drivers (which all have delivered to me at one point or another) have always been pleasant, upbeat, smiling, happy and so forth. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced from any store, not just delivery/food experiences.“

“Had a wonderful customer service experience. I was in line and another guy attempted to cut in front of me. I was going to let him, but Russell asked him to wait and then took my order. I really appreciated that he truly valued me as a waiting customer. He even check to see if he could get my custom order the cheapest way in the system. Russell went above and beyond. My to go order came out quickly and everything was great! While waiting for my to go order, I was able to observe Russell take the time to make each customer have a great experience and everyone stepped away from the counter with a smile.“

“There was only one guy working in THE ENTIRE STORE. Yeah, labor day weekend so I guess all the help called in besides him. Didn't catch his name, but if mgmt sees this, give that guy a raise. He was polite and informed me there'd be a wait due to the situation. I just ordered one burger to make it easy on him, even though I really wanted some fries. He handled his situation very well. Food was good, as good as I'd expect from Rally's. Hate to see a restaurant chain I love have a struggling store like that, hopefully they get some help in there soon. Kudos again to the lone ranger who was there that day busting it out all by himself. I'm sure even if that store closes you'll find a good job wherever you go.“

“The lady that took our order at front counter tonight was super sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to show me how the drink station in the lobby worked and came by twice to make sure we were doing okay. Don't know your name little lady but good job!“

“I bought the chicken strips and fries for my mom who is elderly and in a nursing facility. She loved it and ate almost all of it. She said she wants me to order from Culver’s again for her sometime. The service is great, the manners of the staff is great. And the food is delicious. I also feel very welcome when I go there instead of feeling rushed and unimportant. Great place.“
