“I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.“

They made my day 1000x extra special, took care of my food and drinks, and even gave me a platter of desserts to try! “I live very close to here and my kids like to go over just to run around.. there is tons of open space and seating on the covered patio n outside area. I have eaten at Jeffs doughnuts, Bandits pizza and Bunz burgers (I haven't eaten here since Bunz has moved to this location but Im quite sure its the same delicious food) and all 3 are super delicious. Jeffs doughnuts is kinda pricey.. for a doughnut i mean and Bandits pizza and Bunz burgers has very reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. I will for sure be back to try all of the other restaurants.“

“Harrods Creek Tavern is one of those gems that just feels perfect. It has that welcoming vibe where everyone seems to know everyone, almost like stepping into an episode of Cheers. The atmosphere and staff is laid-back and friendly, and they’ve even got slots inside if you’re feeling lucky.

The food is fantastic. My wife ordered the potato salad and a grilled chicken sandwich; both were excellent, especially the potato salad. I went with the fried bologna sandwich, and it was absolutely awesome. Great portions, great flavor, and exactly what you want from a spot like this.

Whether you drive in or pull your boat right up to their dock, Harrods Creek Tavern is worth the trip. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again.“

“The Earl is one of those rare places that hits the sweet spot between dive bar and craft beer hangout, without trying too hard. In the middle of downtown New Albany, it’s got a industrial interior with brick walls, rough hardwood floors, and exposed beams, that still manages to feel warm and personal, im sure helped by the Bill Murray mural and fridge shrine dedicated to him. It’s weird, it’s charming, and it totally works.

Their rotating lineup of local and regional craft beers is always on point. You’ll find something familiar like Country Boy, but also a few wildcards you’ve never seen before. It’s perfect for after work or a laid-back late night drink.

On a personal note, this is where I first told my girlfriend, now wife, that I was falling in love with her. So yeah, for all the cool beers and eccentric charm, and even Bill Murray, I can personally attest that The Earl is also the kind of place where memories are made and actually stick. Can’t recommend it enough!“

I would highly recommend the Tumbleweed on Bardstown Road in West buechel because from walking in the front door Shelby greets you and treats you like family then our waiter or waitress comes over we know everybody by name and they call us by first name it's definitely a wonderful atmosphere please give them a try. “Great place to party. Drinks are strong(so I'm told), and there's a smoking area out back. Food is good mostly. Karaoke on Tuesday and Thursday. Grill in back on weekends (very good).

“upon entry 2 staff members behind the bar and a female staff member at the entry to kitchen behind a wall chatting it up on her phone. People were observed leaving due to no service. after 10 minutes I asked for a bar towel to clean a table so my party and I could sit down. food was mediocre at best and our pretzel bites allegedly weren't even written down. we did get the pretzel bites after our meals were served and someone please tell me why the hell we couldn't get a rootbeer served when it's on the menu?! guy said he couldn't serve it where we were sitting. Not sure any of them had a bit of ambition as they were very snail like. 🙄 I encourage you to keep walking, don't let the loud music lure you in!“
