“I love Wild Eggs and my go to server at the Jeffersonville location! Sadly, I was disappointed for the first time today due to the lack of cleanliness of the booth we were seated at. There are A LOT of old food pieces and crumbs all around the seat between the vinyl and wood. Even our host noticed it and attempted to clean up with a well-used bar mop towel. Needless to say, I immediately washed my legs and changed shorts when I got home after sitting on all that. These restaurants need to stop cutting servers and igniting safe sanitation practices to save a buck! Pay your team a true wage to clean. Thank you!“

“Moved to the area a little over a year ago and always wanted to try First Watch but with their hours and our schedule never aligning we never got to go until today. We ordered the million dollar breakfast sandwich and the choose two with the turkey avocado sandwich and the chicken chopped salad. We also got the dragon fruit drink, the honey cruch iced coffee, and the salted caramel doughnuts. Drinks were very good. Food was good except my order was wrong they gave me the Cobb salad and when I told our waitress the issue and the mistake and all she said was that she could bring me some chicken for the salad. I declined because we were already done eating and I didnt see the point of the chicken when they were two completely different Salads and toppings. I don't like blue cheese which was all over my salad so I picked around it and ate what I could and my half sandwich. Other than that the experience was good. Just disappointed and not the happiest with the resolution.“

“I come to you're restaurant all the time, but today is a different story. I called to order and this is how it went. I told her what I wanted and she said ok bye and hung up. I was like really long story short i didnt pk up my food due to no time given to pk up and she never asked my name and was real short. Anyway I never pked it up, and I know she was someone new because this is not how they operate. Please hire better help until then I wont support.“

The young lady sung a chorus of opera for me while it sent chills up my spine. It was beautiful and sincere. She had a standing ovation from the entire restaurant. Wish I knew her name. “Waffle House is hands-down the best breakfast in Mt Vernon. Probably lunch, too, but I just have breakfast food. The waitresses are so nice. Before long you will be a regular and the gals will know your preferences for your drinks. They are outstanding. Always clean. You don’t want to miss this experience!“

“Let me preface by saying, I hope this wasn’t the normal… and that maybe it was new staffing. But the service was subpar. Our food was wrong. I had to remind our waitress that I ordered a waffle (after the bill was delivered) our double orders of hash browns were less than why you got on a breakfast plate. Very unorganized. Food was decent (as much as expected for a Waffle House). I’d come again, but hope that service was better.“

“I go here all the time and tonight was the best customer service I've had from Aaliyah and the 2 cooks the other waitress decided that she wanted to sit and watch her crew work.. Anytime now that the 2 cooks or Aaliyah isn't there I won't go.. Great job u 3“
