The Basque burnt cheesecake tasted like chiffon cake. The steaks were not seasoned. I requested two steaks, both medium rare, but the sirloin was served well done. The ribeye took 20 minutes and still hadn’t arrived even before we settled the bill, so I didn’t get a chance to try it. The only good things I tried were the Kyoto matcha ice cream, Fruit shakes. and some foods on the Jap section.
