I'm Loving It...
Manager working on weekend (like today) prematurely bumps door dash orders to help his times. But disregards the fact (and walks away mid-explanation) that 1.) when he bumps it, it tells door dash it’s done and 2.) it tells the customer it’s done. Both can see I am still standing in McDonald’s. Both believe the food is cold and I’m behind schedule. Everything about this place is just terrible. During the day it is better, I will say that. But god forbid you go in there after 11pm. The 3rd shift crew does not care about the customers or the service they provide. Fire them all and get a whole new 3rd shift. Why am I standing there for 20 minutes for a doordash that contains ONLY 2 drinks? Manager doesn’t care what the staff is doing.
