Jack in the Box in Jeffersonville

“So my experience here was a 5 out of five. I had a horrible experience at the veterans Parkway Jack in the Box. I decided to give it another shot at this location. I put my order in online was greeted very friendly at the speaker my food was handed to me within 2 minutes hot, fresh with every condiment I asked for. I even asked if I could get my drink with no ice and I didn't realize he had already made it and he remade it for me. Top Notch customer service. I may have his name wrong but Trayvon I think was what his name was I could be wrong though was very very nice over the top customer service experience. 10 out of 10 recommend. Clearly the management is different here and they know how to train their employees and run a restaurant.“

“Update: I tried a pick up order again and the service was much better. Smiling faces, fast service, couldn't ask for more. I guess corporate paid attention to the complaint and took care of the problem. I still can't speak to the quality of the food since it was just a delivery order but service was greatly improved. Changing from 2 stars to 5.
(Original review ) I was picking up an order for someone else so I can't speak on the food. However, the service was slow and the employees acted like I was bothering them, rude. There was someone else also waiting for food and they said the same thing, rude.“
