Not sure why this location is so bad but I will no longer visit the Jeffersonville McAlister. Customer service is always bad and the food is not as good. They make the sandwich I get differently too. I have never ever gotten any of the pickles after I ask for them.
After waiting 20 minutes for a curbside order that was suppose to be ready when we arrived. My order wasn’t even correct. McAlister’s has good food but this location needs better staff or better supervised staff.
