“Food tasted ok. Unfortunately an employee decided to take his hat off and shake his long hair next to the food right before he made out sandwiches. Really disappointing & nasty. Most Subways they wear hair nets if your har is really long. Not at this Subway.“

“Very standard roadside Burger King. Understaffed, but doing the best they can. Ordered a bacon king meal and whopper meal with fries. We were given and probably paid for a double patty on the king even though it wasn't asked for. The whopper was as expected. The fries were above average. The floor around the soda machine was very sticky and in need of mopping.
Parking: Ready angled spaces
Kid-friendliness: No playground but it's burger King. Can't go wrong with a cardboard crown“

“My food took about 15 minutes to come out but I appreciate that everything was fresh, made exactly how I customized it on the app, and nothing was missing from the bag. I’ve been having trouble with other Mc Donald’s literally ignoring my customizations or just straight up forgetting things I paid for. I give it 3 stars for the atmosphere because like I said it took a little while for the food to come out so there was a bunch of other people standing around in the lobby waiting for their food too, but they were loud. Hard to walk past everyone to get condiments and refills. Tables were not that clean either. I tried to sit and eat my food inside but after a few minutes the flies buzzing drove me away.“

“I hope the Management Team reads this… I have been beyond impressed with the staff at the New Castle Culver’s. It is evident Management has taken a great deal of time training the staff to be customer friendly. When ordering staff guide you to choices. As many of us hesitate in making choices the response is “we want you to be happy and please take your time”. Food delivery is prompt. As we leave we always get a positive comment like “have a great day” or “ thank you for visiting us”. What is most impressive is these are often young adults who are learning customer service which is being reinforced obviously by the owners and Management Team. I might also add the environment is spotless. We don’t go to Culver’s often but when we do I leave smiling. BTW the grand babies LOVE the ice cream with the kids meals.“

“They are super nice and I have been down on my luck lately and they gave me a free pizza on my birthday. I was shocked when I heard a knock at the door because I had almost no money.“

“Arby’s has the best cheese sticks, hands-down! The service at the Arby’s in New Castle is really good most of the time. Just tends to be a long wait if you go through the drive-through. The food is always hot and fresh, so I guess it is a trade-off.“

“The gal who waited b on my group ofv4vwas the nicest person I have met at any restaurant. Always liked KFC since they did the 1stvone in Corbin. Still go there on the way south or when coming north. Best chicken I have eaten for a long time.
Kid-friendliness: Had a 14 year old with us. He got the chicken sandwich fries and a drink. He said that was the biggest chicken sandwich he ever ate. Full. Then he ate his apple pop-ups then talked me out of mine. Good stop.“

“Between the customers who do a poor job communicating what they want (whether it be due to a language barrier or poor communication skills, I saw both) and the one really slow dude who mumbles, you might be standing there for a pretty long while.I'm only taking off one star because I'm assuming the slow guy was new.“
