The food is great, the ice cream is awesome, the staff is very friendly, The young lady who always waits on us goes out of her way to serve us and make us feel welcome, My family goes here very often, This is a great place for Knox!!!
Terrible portion sizes.. barely scraped the surface of ice cream and called it a scoop.. a 4 scoop waffle cone did not even go past top of cone! Little Chinese girl behind the counter her hair was in the ice cream cooler! Yuck prices also high for amounts given! NEVER AGAIN
I have been here 3 times. Each visit it takes a long time to just get ice cream and it hasn't been busy all 3 times I've been in there. Today my son asked for the hot chocolate ice cream and it took at least 10 minutes to get I guess they couldn't find the hot chocolate then when we did get it it was like water down hot chocolate (packet) with a scoop of ice cream. For the price of their ice cream I would expect more. The first time we went we got banana split without the banana...read full review
