“I stopped by 10-56 one afternoon to give their beers a try. I found it to have a nice, comfortable and casual taproom with friendly bartenders and servers. I ordered my typical flight of beers and sat down to enjoy them. Sadly the store’s mascot dog was out, but they do have plenty of merchandise featuring him. Anyway, the beers were solid, clean renditions of their styles, and I found the Guardian, a pilsner, to be my favorite of the bunch; it had more flavor than most pilsners, and it stuck out to me. This struck me as a good brewery to hang out at and have a good time, and it’s worth a try if you find yourself nearby.“
